Seller warrants the equipment free from defect for a period of ten years on all welds, three years on fiberglass, one year on all plastics and moving parts, but does not warrant cosmetic damage (normal wear, scratches, dents and cracks). For complete warranty coverage and to submit a claim, contact us at: dixieplaygroundusa@gmail.com. We will repair or replace any warranty defects. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. Adult supervision is required with all equipment and Dixie Marketing and Playground Equipment is not responsible for any injury to person(s) or property. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
